He would proceed to fly with her throughout the [[Battle of Installation 04]].{{Ref/Reuse|TF1}} Frye was present in ''Echo 419''{{'}}s cockpit during the [[Outbreak at the Containment Facility|outbreak]] of the [[Flood]] at the [[Flood containment facility]] on September 20, where he was able to exclaim his surprise at the surprise appearance of [[Aggressor Sentinel]]s in the facility swamps.{{Ref/Novel|HTF|Chapter=9}}


He was somewhat sarcastic and cynical, though a competent co-pilot. He was at Rawley's side when they fled the ship as the ''Autumn'' was shot down over [[Installation 04]] and flew with her throughout [[The Battle of Installation 04]].
