Draco III capitol building

The capitol building of Draco III was the seat of the Draconian colonial government, located in the center of capital city New Albany, Lombard. The capitol building was considered to be the best-built structure on the planet, and was impermeable to most explosive ordnance. The building was home to the presidential balcony, where the president of Draco III addressed the planet's residents. It also featured the legislative chambers, where debates were held, and laws were created and passed.
