The 105th Drop Jet Platoon saw action against the [[Covenant]] [[Covenant military|military]] ground forces during the [[Battle of Jericho VII]] in [[2535|February 2535]] where it was overrun and obliterated by a force of around a thousand [[Unggoy]]. The unit's annihilation would later be avenged when the offending Unggoy were eliminated by [[SPARTAN-II]]s, led by [[Master Chief Petty Officer]] [[John-117]], in the continued skirmishes of [[Jericho VII]].{{Ref/Reuse|HTFORP}}
