He was transferred to squad 1/C because he had to yawn a lot and his [[Staff Sergeant]] [[Avery J. Johnsson|Johnsson]] wanted to make a good first impression. He was the first militia to be killed in the battle when he was torn apart by a [[Grunt]] named [[Yull]]. He managed to shoot his weapon, alerting the other militia. Yull was killed thereafter by Tartarus.
