[[CPO Mendez]] sends the sixty-eight remaing trainees for the Spartan program on a new training mission in a snowcapped mountian range on [[Reach]]. He deposits each one seperately with a peice of a map of the area. Under [[John-117]]'s guidance, they rendezvous and identify extraction point they must head to. Upon arrival they take down the nonuniformed, hostile guards and steal the [[Pelican]] Dropship waiting in the landing zone. Contacting the AI [[Deja]], John manages to fly them all home. Upon return CPO Mendez makes John squad leader. | |||
