Issue #2's original date of August 29, 2007 was pushed back a couple times and released on November 21, 2007. #3 was originally slated for a September 26, 2007 release but was been pushed back around ten times to its final release date of August 13, 2008. #4 had also seen a similar number of delays from its original October 31, 2007 release, and was finally released on April 15, 2009.

On June 5 Marvel Comics released a hardcover version of ''Halo: Uprising'' which includes ''Halo: Uprising'' Issues #1 to #4 along with Marvel Spotlight: Halo, a series of interviews with the team who worked on Halo: Uprising and the team from Bungie who helped with the comic's production.
