Splatter: Difference between revisions

The '''Splatter''' ('''Roadkill''' in ''[[Halo 2]]'') medal is awarded in [[campaign]], [[multiplayer]], [[Firefight]] and [[Spartan Ops]] and achieved for hitting and killing an opponent with a vehicle. It is represented in ''Halo 2'' and the ''[[Halo 3 Beta]]'' by a five-pointed star with a tire in the center (this image was later used for the [[Wheelman Medal]]). In ''[[Halo 3]]'', ''[[Halo 3: ODST]]'' and ''[[Halo: Reach]]'' it is represented by a yellow diamond street sign depicting a person split in half at the waist, imposed on a bronze cross. In ''[[Halo 4]]'' the sign is imposed on a grey 4-pointed star. In ''[[Halo 5: Guardians]]'' the medal consists of the street sign only.

This medal is accompanied with the message, "You splattered (player)". It is also possible to splatter a player with an object by launching it with an explosive, using a [[Gravity Hammer]], or by launching a large object through a [[Man Cannon]].
