Possible Spoilers you are warned. I believe the symbol is that of the Composer. Look at the achivement list released for Halo 4 and one of the missions is called Composer. If I'm remembering correctly the Ur-Didact said in Cryptum that the highest level of the Prometheans all got their name/title from the most noticable trait they carried, such as the Grammarian(sp) and the Didact. So could this be one of the Didacts 'generals' that was really good at composing stuff and has snapped? We don't know what any of the other Forerunners personnel symbols look like but maybe the symbols for the Classes are similiar to each other. Or maybe it is just the Bornstellar-Didact.
