It is highly probable that this is nothing more than an error on the author's behalf, as it clearly shows [[Rtas 'Vadumee]], a confirmed spec ops commander and Ultra, in white armor during the events of [[Halo: Combat Evolved]] in the [[Halo Graphic Novel]]. Furthermore, only dead Ultras were featured in the original Halo.
