::odd tracer though. Most tracers nowadays glow red or yellow and are mainly used to show the firer the direction of his shots or to help nearby allies to direct their fire on your target(s). In Halo 3: ODST it seems to be the same Model, but it seems smaller. This is probably because the Version used in Halo 3 was made for Master Chief.
