As Halopedia's community size and article count grows, more admins may be required to maintain its operation, as well as replace administrators who have become inactive.  


Wikipedia routinely abuses it’s voluntary staff. I was once a hard working wikipedian before I realised it was run by idiots. It says in the introduction that users should feel free to dive in and not be afraid of making mistakes since they can be easily fixed. Yet anyone doing so is called a Vandal and then banned. The cowardly insults and lies written about users is disgraceful. Written in the full knowledge that banned users can’t even reply to such drivel. Myself and others created a Bindi Irwin page. Some self proclaimed experts who had crawled their way into administrative positions then proclaimed that Bindi Irwin wasn’t famous enough to warrant her own page. Unbelievable! They deleted all of our hard work. Then about a week later they created a new page and put their own names to it. Wikipedia is a joke. Vandals are people who spray paint public buildings and smash toilets. Insulting members in this fashion is the cause of the mass exodus which has seen members leaving in droves. Myself and other wikivandals now devote our time to spreading the truth about this vile internet virus and doing our best to bring it down. Wikipedia must die!!!
Historically, Halopedia did not elect sysops and bureaucrats separately. However, the accepted practice is to now only grant adminship following successful RfAs.

==Procedures==
Nominators, nominees, and voters should follow the following procedures while the proceedings are active.
 
#A nominee must be nominated in the forums listed below by a different user. Please copy and paste the format shown on this [[/Forumheader|this template]] to the new RfA.
#The nominee must either accept or deny the RfA. If denied, the RfA will be closed. The nominee must also answer the questions posed in the "Questions" section of the nominee's RfA.
#A current administrator must check any new RfA to ensure that the nominee fits the requirements for administratorship.
#Halopedians are encouraged to vote in '''support''' or '''against''' the nomination.  
##Voting may commence only after the nominee accepts the nomination, if the nominee does.
##Voters must have at least 50 edits to Halopedia, and have been active one month before submission of the RfA. Sockpuppets will not be allowed, and upon the discrimination of the current administration, sockpuppet votes, if present, will be identified, and their votes rendered null. Sockpuppet masters, if found, will be subject to [[Halopedia:Blocking policy|punishment]] for violating Halopedia's sockpuppet policy.
