So, I carried the same MA5, John's same MA5 from the end of Halo 3 (It being a "D" is just because it's this game), through the entire Halo 4 campaign, I get out of the crashed Broadsword... and now it's a BR85. :/ He even has the MA5 in the cutscene where he exits the fighter, but as soon as gameplay starts, it's a BR. It's also a BR85 in the cutscene near the very end, on the lightbridge, which is the only time it does that in the game. At some point here someone screwed up. :Why do you assume John would carry the same weapon throughout his adventures? That's an act of sentimentality, something I don't think John would feel towards machinery, and in fact was probably trained NOT to. Spartans are trained to use any and all weapons that best suit the task at hand, human or Covenant, so I fully expect John to discard a weapon if he has one that better suits the mission ahead, ie; the Battle Rifle. -- Qura 'Morhek The Autocrat of Morheka 06:35, 12 November 2012 (EST)
