Norm Woodel is an actor and voice actor. His career began in 1990, but he has only done a handful of projects, which include minor roles in television shows, movies, and video games. He has worked with Bungie Studios several times, most notably on Oni, though in 2004 he did some work in the sound department for Halo 2, voicing most of the Elites in the game.
