Not just the helmet, the armour is explicitly Mark IV per the Essential Visual Guide pg103: "CUSTOMIZED ARMOR: Jorge made heavy modifications to his MJOLNIR Mark IV armor to suit his overall combat style and improve effectiveness" If you've got a source that calls it Mark V, by all means add it.
