However, conflicts during the Insurrection wasn't really ''wars'' in the most common form; the conflicts are instigated by those not recognised (URF) by the established/officials (UNSC/UEG), but wanting to be recognised. In other words, the Insurrection is an insurrection (''Captain Obvious'' is very obvious), which is a form of war, but more towards refusal of obedience towards an official body and not merely to destroy from the face of the universe.
