I had some ideas and questions about it. One thing is about the ranking. Are we using ranking like the USMC or something? An idea is that we could go to like Forruner units, like monitors, sentinals, ect. Also I was wondering about the internal police. What's the mission statement? Lastly if you wanted i could make some userboxes for the members. Subgroup?
Do you want to become a subgroup of the CoH like the UoH? We help you out and you help us out. Nothing of major concern. You could think of the CoH as the country, and the FoH a state within the country. The state is powerful because the country is powerful. The CoH protects and supports you (country supports state). So how about it?

Vandal-fighting operations

I assure you, I have no personal stake in this, nor do I want to agitate you. I view people on Halopedia that take the initiative to start groups, especially your Forerunners of Halopedia, as leaders. I'm not proposing for the deletion of the FOH itself, just its two subsidiary vandal-fighting groups.
