The University of Oxford is a human university located in the United Kingdom. One of the oldest universities to have been founded and the first in the English-speaking world, Oxford has historically been an important center for teaching and research. The university is divided into a number of constituent colleges, 38 by the twenty-first century, as well as several private halls.

In 2554, Doctor Luther Mann lectured at Oxford on his findings at Trevelyan and his discovery of Halo Installation 07.
