I have 29 exp on halo 3 live but I didn't get the UNSC Spartan achevement or the MArk V helmet. I got the badge though, but why is this so?

Same here. I'm a Sergeant grade 2 and don't have the achievement. Granted I'm never going to use the Mark V helm, I'm worried that if THIS achievement won't unlock, the one for R-Variant Helm won't unlock as well. ToaOrka

EDIT: I heard that you have to get 12 EXP in ONE playlist, not total. Same goes with the R-Variant helmet's achievement. ToaOrka
