Multiple ministersEdit
I mentioned this in an edit summary earlier, but I will bring it up here. Currently, each Covenant minister page acts as a character page. While this mostly works for now, we should plan ahead for what happens in the event that we end up with say two Ministers of Etiology or even four Ministers of Fortitude, but we don't have actual birth names for each minister. We could name each page like "Minister of Etiology (2552)" for example, or we could just create a "Minister of Etiology" article (as in the title rather than the character) and detail each character's history there (though we couldn't do personality sections and other individual character sections).
