At the very end of the video, there's a brief graphic with a Forerunner glyph of the letter "C". First of these that I've seen so far. I checked the previous "Making Halo 4:" video & there was no such graphic displayed... Maybe it'll be a code for the H4 terminals, or something else that'll be unlocked on XBL...

I transcribed the vid word-for-word as much as I was able, and even managed to cut through accents a little better this time, but I was unable to identify a few of the speakers. I've marked them with the title of Unknown so that others might be able to deal with this, ones better than me at putting a name to a voice. It's the same guy who says, a few lines earlier, the bit about getting rewarded for "...Your teamwork, your style, your kills..." The one that's a small paragraph about the medals filling up the ordnance meter. I think that he might be a high member of MLG or similar.
