May I just say it's weird how the Deputy Chief of Naval Officers is only a Vice Admiral, seeing as there are a few characters mentioned that outrank him ("full" Admirals and Fleet Admiral Harper). Manticore 11:01, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

"Y'all have a nice day in Hell...." I'm not sure there are many other characters that could pull that off. Also, as to the original post (I know it's three years later but for those who read this now), currently the head of US Naval Reactors is full-Admiral Donald, but his immediate "superior" in the Navy's administration is a Rear Admiral (I forget upper or lower half).
