Cool. I'll get working on that.

An interesting development. As a matter of fact, Stanforth was also the head of Section 3 of the ONI from 2512 to 2530, as said here. It would seem likely that the two are indeed the same person. I'm not going to delete the article, but this is something that would warrant a discussion on the talk page.

I came across the article of Admiral Michael Stanforth by accent today while creating the unnamed vice admiral's article, and couldn't help but notice the similarity's. Both where high ranking navy commanders involved with the Spartan-II project and involved in the battle of Sigma octanus IV. There is one thing that doesn't add up though, Stanforth was commander at Fleetcom sector 3, and the Vice Admiral at ONI section 3. What do you think of this?

p.s. If the unnamed Vice Admiral is in fact Stanforth, please don't delete the article right away, pieces can be used from it. I'd hate to rewrite it all again.

Thank you. And it was not as much defeating you as it was finding out the truth about the Unnamed Vice Admiral. I expect the discussion, after all, the real identity of this vice admiral is still unknown. I'll try to keep the article only about the facts presented in the journal.

I found it! The proof that the 'Unnamed Vice Admiral' is not Jeromi. In Halsey's May 5th 2552 article, it stated that Kalmiya looked into the Vice Admirals Beta 5 files (It seems unlikely that Jeromi, the commander of a Hospital ship would be involved with beta 5, but that's not the main thing). Amongst those files were service order transfers of existing Spartan-II's and highly classified non-Spartan-II detachments. The Vice Admiral knew of the Spartan-III's. Jeromi knew nothing of them.

I hope this proves enough information to let me recreate the article.
