It's true this appears to be disparity - if I had to guess, the differences may be due to a last-minute change. However, the Essential Visual Guide also lists the armament of the Space Banshees and Seraphs as the heavy plasma cannon, while Class-2 plasma weapons are identified as "medium plasma cannons" in the book. It may be that "heavy plasma cannon" is merely a common term for plasma weapons of a certain power output and there are a number of different versions, namely, the ones used by Seraphs and Banshee Fighters and the ones mounted on Reach-era Phantoms and Spirits, which in turn fire bolts similar to the Concussion Rifle. We don't observe the effects of the Seraph or Space Banshee cannons in normal gameplay (only on a Sabre) so it's likely they're more powerful than the regular Class-2 plasma cannon.

Since two official sources identify the Seraph's and Space Banshee's weapons as heavy plasma cannons, I think the best thing we can do is divide that article to describe the two different types; the Concussion Rifle-like dropship cannon and the more ordinary cannons on the Banshee Fighter and Seraph.

Nice work with the plasma cannon article. That's exactly what I was envisioning.

That thought did cross my mind, but I still think a general article listing all the different plasma cannon models is a better solution, since we have so little hard data on the Wraith and Prowler cannons in themselves. The T-42 and T-52 DESWs would obviously retain their individual pages, while the "Plasma cannon" article would offer links to them and a summary of all known models, much like the page Shade. Everything we know of the Wraith and Prowler turrets would be described on the page, but they would get no individual pages due to their lack of notability.

I don't think the Prowler or Wraith turrets have ever been identified other than calling them "plasma cannons". The page "plasma cannon" apparently redirects to Type-52 DESW, which is technically incorrect since the T-52 is a specific model of plasma cannon and not a blanket term for all such weapons. We could always make an article for plasma cannons in general, which would detail the different models, such as the T-42 and the unidentified cannons on the Wraith and the Prowler.

So...do I know you from somewhere else? Just making sure we actually know each other, as I don't accept 'random' people here (mostly because I'm never on here).

Bahahahaa okay cool! :D

Just curious, did you actually played the level Winter Contingency just to test out the glitch variant I wrote on the Weaponless Elite Glitch? XD

I still haven't had much luck with the image you requested I cut out, but if it's any consolation, the most recent image LandmineReach.jpg you submitted I have successfully extracted and edited in Photoshop, and is now posted in the article page.

I have no idea, really. The Halo 2 credits apparently credit a "Steven Scott" while the Halo 3 credits call him "Steve Scott". It's obvious they're the same person since both worked on effects; I'm guessing Stephen is his real name, and "Steve" and "Steven" are merely nicknames or misspellings.

Shouldn't be too difficult. Just put "Template:Disambig" at the bottom of the page (using Template:These brackets of course) and go from there.

Dang! You've been creating a lot of Gameplay articles recently

Hey, I think UNSC Navy sounds good to put quotes of navy crewmen, because Marines' quote are placed in UNSC Marine Corps page. Let's do that. Uh... and try not to use 2nd person handwriting in articles. :D Cheers!

Well, not "glitch", but something wrong, because Carter, Jun, Emile, Jun, and (male) 312 should not have female voices.

Yeah, why not? I have multiple sub-pages on my userpage. :)

Then using the {{Quotes link}} won't work on the UNSC Navy page because it will lead to UNSC Navy/Quotes instead of UNSC Navy Crewman/Quotes. I'm not sure...

What page? What should it be about? UNSC Navy sounds good.

You're right. Naval crewman are NOT part of the Marines Corps, they are part of the navy. The only pages suitable for the quote seems to be Crewman or UNSC Navy.

I'll see what I can do with it, but it isn't the type of image I usually work on. But I'll work on it when I can. No promises though. I do have other projects lined up that need work.

It's fine by me. It's possible someone else might disagree but I think they're notable enough to have articles of their own.

"The weapon is available in Forge but is not placed on any multiplayer map by default."
— Original text, emphasis added

Note "by default", which refers to the maps as they are in the game (i.e. unaltered, unmodififed)
