Hey there, can you do me a favor and stop deleting old versions of images from the file revisions. The idea is so we can actually use them to find the origin of files 10x easier. Among other things. The 2020 file overhaul needs all the help it can get with older files.

Thankies~

Yep those are the ones. "seemingly arbitrarily long-winded random numbers and letters in place of conventional words as opposed to the way I usually assign filenames?". Your file names are usually great and I hardly ever have problems with them.

I am aiming to purge the wiki of those random number and letter names cause they are kinda not helpful at all. HIP's purpose is to make the wiki better after all. That is one such task.

Unless you are of course referring to some of those images that have seemingly arbitrarily long-winded random numbers and letters in place of conventional words as opposed to the way I usually assign filenames?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by iffy filenames. Most of the images I have uploaded are named (and grouped) according to what game, film or other Halo media source that the image came from, and of who or what the image is depicting. I would personally not consider this "iffy". Others here have said my way of assigning filenames is actually a good way. So that's why I'm not understanding here what you're asking.

Hey there, can I ask a huge favor. You know how a part of the Halopedia improvement project is conventions. 1 huge thing is file names. Well your impressively huge image galleries are filled with images with iffy names. Would you be willing to go through all your galleries to rename(without redirects, redirects should not be a thing with images after this) all the images in your galleries.

Thank you :D
