Hey there! I'd like to invite you to check out a fan-made Halo forum which has a huge focus on the lore, know as Halo Archive. Archive is a great community with an extremely knowledgeable community as far as the lore is concerned (a small community, but we're growing). There's even a group of us (myself included) dedicated to collecting information and things like your scale charts and archiving them, known as the Miners (as the forum is Forerunner-themed and the ranks are adapted Forerunner rates).
