The Shields of Requiem are a Covenant remnant mercenary unit renowned for their prowess in combat. They employ at least one lance, made up of Sangheili, Kig-Yar and Unggoy.[1] Their name suggests they were active in the Requiem Campaign, though whether they were and if they were allied with Jul 'Mdama's Covenant is unknown.

Equipment

The Shields of Requiem's Sangheili are known to use the Ranger harness, alongside the Sangheili Storm, Kig-Yar Storm and Unggoy Storm equipment. The Shields of Requiem employ Type-25 plasma pistols, Type-33 needlers, Type-58 plasma cannons, Type-58 fuel rod cannons and Type-55 storm rifles as weapons. They also employ Covenant portable shields.[1]
