Scout mine

From Halopedia, the Halo wiki

A single Scout mine inHalo Wars 2.
Scout mine deployed on the surface of Installation 00.

The scout mine is a type of plasma landmine employed by the Banished. Scout mines are deployed from orbit to the ground. When deployed, the scout mine is cloaked, and detonates when enemies are detected nearby.[1] Given it shares the same casing, it is likely derived from the plasma mine.

In Halo Wars 2, Scout Mine is a leader power exclusive to Shipmaster. When activated, a mine is deployed to the targeted location. The mine is cloaked shortly after being deployed, and will detonate when enemy ground units enter its proximity. The explosion damages nearby enemy units, then reveals the area for a few seconds. Unlike most of the other mines, the stasis mine, along with the Stasis Mine, is not available in Blitz.
