The Halo Wars official strategy guide claims the player needs the following achievements to unlock Ready For The Sequel:

• Wall of Recognition
• Epic Grinder
• Playin' the Field
• Gallivant around the Galaxy
• Empire Builder
• Titan
• Graverobber
• Halo Historian
• All of the achievements specific to each campaign mission that require you to fulfill a certain objective.

Trivia

• Perhaps ironic to this Achievement's name is the fact that Ensemble Studios shut down after the completion of Halo Wars, preventing a sequel to be developed by the game's original creators. Eventually a sequel was confirmed, though it was instead developed by Creative Assembly.
• The Rooster Teeth achievement guide gave this achievement a 77% difficulty rating.
