The Radio Beacon Deployment Program was an intelligence-gathering effort initiated by the Office of Naval Intelligence sometime prior to 2526.[1]
History
In 2526, the Assembly discussed utilizing assets from the Radio Beacon Deployment Program to help close the technology gap between the UNSC and the Covenant.[1]
