Packbus

The packbus was a human transportation service aimed at Earth's illegal immigrants in 2552. In order to appear legitimate, they made sure the driver and a few of the passengers were legal citizens who allowed the CAA to monitor them electronically via the Surveillance Grid. It was known to operate in the United Republic of North America.
