Otraak was a Covenant-controlled planet known for its secret research facilities on the planet's surface.[1]
History
Pre-Great Schism
Although not much is known about the planet before the Great Schism. The planet was to be known to have secret research facilities operated by Covenant scientists.[1]
Post-Great Schism
After the Great Schism, the planet was taken by Banished forces. To make use of the planet, Sig Raan continued her 'unholy' research, using one of the abandoned research facilities there. Decimus later visited the planet, which in turn led to Sig Raan's betrayal.[1]
