New Houston

New Houston is most likely a city,[note 1] as well as the birthplace of SPARTAN-II Oscar-129, who escaped Office of Naval Intelligence custody in 2525 along with four others. He traveled to New Houston and discovered that his kidnapping had been covered up with a flash clone. Oscar committed suicide shortly after the revelation and ONI later recovered the body.[1]
