Longbow Station.

Longbow Station was a human research station on Concord. Before the Human-Covenant War, the Unified Earth Government used the mass drivers at the station to launch deep space monitoring relays in an effort to study distant star systems. [1]

Trivia

Longbow Station is the setting of the Halo 4 multiplayer map, Longbow.
