Liang-Dortmund red emergency flare

The Liang-Dortmund red emergency flare is a signal flare produced by the Liang-Dortmund Corporation. It lasts for fifteen minutes. The flare is known to be used in human settlements on Kamchatka[1] and Alluvion.[2]
