The Kabakera was an underground structure, with low sitting dome over it. It was located in the middle of the city of Gedgow, Balaho. It was the seat of power for the Unggoy government.[1]

Post-war[edit]
During the Battle of Balaho, UNSC embassy staff captured by Created-aligned Unggoy were planned to be taken to the building.[1]
