Guild

A guild was a specific division within a rate in Forerunner society. Every family within a rate belonged to a particular guild. The amount of mutations an individual experiences in life help to determine that individual's hierarchy within their family and guild. A Manipular was not allowed to be a part of a guild until they went through their mutation to a first-form. A Maniple is a division within a guild that related to one's function. Master Builder Faber was the head of a large guild responsible for the creation of the original Halo Array. Bornstellar's father was a member of Faber's guild.
