Gratney-Walis Hierarchical Aptitude Score

The Gratney-Walis Hierarchical Aptitude Score, also known as GWAS, is a score given at Unified Combined Military Boot Camp presumably designed to evaluate a recruit's ability to function in a command environment, as well as their ability to give and receive orders. It most likely serves as an indicator of command potential.[1]

The future-Admiral Preston Jeremiah Cole scored a 94 during his tenure at UCMB, which was ranked "Exceptional".[1]
