Gablap is a senior science commissioner on Balaho. Following the submission of the Unggoy on the planet to Cortana and the Created, Gablap was one of the top "sciencers" that was responsible for designing a new iteration of the Goblin, the Beam Goblin. A message sent from Gablap on an encrypted frequency pertaining to the new variant was intercepted by the United Nations Space Command at some point and the Beam Goblin began to appear in Warzone simulations posthence.[1]
