In 2004, Dana Awbrey planned a trip to east Asia, with her first stop being in Beijing.[1] She was in the city in a hostel by the August of that year.[2]
26th-centuryEdit
The city still existed by the 26th-century.[3]
Economy and societyEdit
By the 26th-century, Beijing has a reputation as a "big-media-advertising town" only rivaled by New York City in the United Republic of North America. Most people on Earth that work in media or advertising, especially journalists and photographers, live in one of these two cities.[3]
