The Articles of the Gao Charter are the founding documents of the Gao Republic, the planetary government on the human Outer Colony of Gao. The Articles of the Gao Charter required all ministers of the Cabinet of Ministers to oppose invasions by foreign powers in order to maintain Gao's sovereignty.[1]
