If you use the two Teleporter Glitch in Forge on Standoff, you can get out of the map, and then watch it and go further in Theater mode. When you do this, go over to the closest Satellite dish. If you look on the platform below the dish, you can see an Easter Egg. It is Travis Brady, a Bungie employee who works as a 3D artist. Note that he appears on every 3D Satellite Dish.
