Hey everyone, I am here to propose that admins and patrollers who have not contributed on the Wiki or Discord server since the start of 2020 have their staff rights removed. This thread will remain open for 2 weeks.

I don't want to do this, but as Halopedia moves forward I feel we must regrettably ensure the wiki does not have inactive admins and patrollers listed so users do not come to them and hear nothing. This does not reflect badly on the following staff, but is merely an unfortunate thing we need to do.

Some Admin/Patrollers may not have edited the wiki since the start of 2020, but their activity was primarily through the Halopedia server keeping several aspects of the community running so will not be listed here.

I am aiming to make this a yearly "Staff activity evaluation" thread we start every January so we can ensure our staff is only filled with people who have edited/touched the Wiki or Discord in the last 2 years. If no staff are to be removed the thread will say as much.

Those affected note

This notes requirements may change during the two weeks this thread is open pending other staff members input.

If you are included in the list below (you will have been given a message following this thread being pushed) and want to keep the role you have (or have it returned if you see this after you were removed), you need to start editing again to show you are serious in keeping that role you have. To keep/regain your role; for two weeks following your request you will need to have a consistent presence on the Wiki and/or Discord server. If you pass that two week period your activity will be looked into during the next yearly "Staff activity evaluation" in 2022, this is to ensure the activity was not a one off.

Well, I can't see why we should keep someone as a Patroller or Admin if that user has been inactive on Halopedia for more than a year, unless it has very powerful reasons of why has not been active that time.

I am doing it 2 years for "this" as its more prep to help the actual evaluation in January 2022. But we can lower it to 1 year during the first proper "Staff activity evaluation".
