The Sentinel pulse is a kind of directed-energy weapon utilised by Controller Sentinels.[1] The weapon serves as a wide-area pulse field emitter,[2] mounted on the ventral surface of the Sentinel. The weapon is designed to be used should an enemy force get around the Sentinel's frontal hard light shield, by firing down at enemies in the blind spot and dealing large amounts of damage.[3]
