Summary[edit]
A render of the civilian version of the M313 "Elephant" HRV, that appears in Halo 3: ODST for the purpose of waste management. It is seen several times in "Mombasa Streets", but makes its main appearance in the level "Coastal Highway", where Veronica Dare and Vergil commandeer one for transport.
