The Sniper variant is a variant of the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor designed for use by sniper teams. The variant includes shoulder accessories compatible with MJOLNIR Mark V.[1] Each shoulder bandoleer holds three sniper rounds, presumably to facilitate the reloading of half-empty magazines for the rifle. The ammunition is High Velocity Armour Piercing Rounds, measuring 144mm in length, and 14.5mm in diameter, for System 99 Anti-Matériel Sniper Rifles, as this armor variant only appears in Halo: Reach.
