The unidentified vessel is a ship of unknown type used by the UNSC Navy. The class was in service by 2517, when at least one held station near one of Reach's orbital defense platforms. It can be distinguished by two pairs of cap-like protrusions on either side of the dorsal surface.[1] The ship may be a cargo vessel or troop transport.[note 1]

This ship, introduced in 2010's Halo: Fall of Reach - Boot Camp, was based on a design for a UNSC shield ship that was cut from Halo 2.[2]
