Vice Admiral Alexander Reaves (service number 02864-95668-AR) is a human flag officer in the UNSC Navy. In late 2552, he received an encrypted message from Admiral Roland Freemont, ordering him to reassign Spartan-II Black Team to Operation: BLOWBACK, a covert mission to Sub-sector 35 in order to gather intelligence and sabotage Covenant vessels.[1]
